Deannie Gossett

Services for Deannie Gossett, 64 of Ochlocknee will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mike Newsome will officiate and interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Ms. Gossett passed away September 5 at Archbold Hospital. Born March 16, 1952 in Atlanta, she was the daughter of the late Rev. John Hershel Mulligan and Myrtle Virginia Beard Mulligan. She is also preceded in death by her husband Clinton Thomas Gossett. She enjoyed being a wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children, Clinton DeWayne Gossett, Christopher Shane Gossett and wife Nikki all of Ochlocknee, Donald Clayton Gossett and Wife Melissa of Pelham and Alverna Edith Faith Simmons and husband Emmett of Meigs; 17 grandchildren; sisters and brother, Dorothy Lee Kimbrell of Commerce, John Mulligan of Helen, Virginia Fuller of Social Circle and Mary Faith Ashley of Camilla. She was preceded in death by sister, Lydia Diane Taylor and grandson, Roy Thomas Gossett. The family will receive friends 6-8pm, Friday, September 9, 2016 at the funeral home.
