Services for Della Cone Bryant of Ochlocknee are at 11:00AM Tuesday, January 7, 2002 at First Baptist Church in Thomasville. Rev. Dr. Milton C. Gardner and Rev. Dan Spencer will officiate. Mrs. Bryant died Thursday, January 2, 2002 at Hospitality Care Nursing Center. She was born on April 13, 1917 in Thomas County to the late Remer Napoleon and Julia Miller Cone. She was a homemaker and former bookkeeper at Finney General Hospital and Georgia Packing Company and a member of First Baptist Church. She was married to Howard Braxton Bryant of Ochlocknee who survives. Other survivors include sons & daughters-in-law, Jimmie & Lynn Bryant of Plattsmouth, Neb., Danny & Linda Bryant of Anchorage Alaska, daughter & son-in-law, Judy & Edward Harden of Boston, Ga., sisters Honorine Highsmith of Boston, Doris Crandell of Alabama, Clara Ross of Albany, Katheryn Dugger of Pavo, brother, Ed Cone of Pavo, grandchildren, Scott Bryant, Michelle Novy, Heather Otte, Braxton Bryant, Kim Teninty, Whitney Harden, Bryant Harden, and great grandchild, Crystal Tollefson. She was preceded in death by brothers A.J. Cone and Fred Cone. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 2790, Thomasville, GA 31799.
