Delores M. Hatcher

Private graveside funeral services for Delores M. Hatcher, (Miss Polly) age 90, of Thomasville Ga. will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Thomasville Ga. Jason Bennett will be officiating. Miss Polly peacefully passed away at her home with family at her side on January 20, 2021. Born on May 4, 1930 in Cairo GA. she was a daughter of the late Leonard James and Verlie Mae Lewis. After graduation from Cairo High School, she moved to Thomasville and worked for Coats and Clarks. On February 17, 1956 she married her sweetheart, Grady Floyd Hatcher, who preceded her in death on August 29, 2016. Mrs. Hatcher is survived by her sons, Clinton of Thomasville, Leonard (Kellie) of Jonesboro, Vance (Denise) of Jonesboro, and daughter Delores (Sissie ) Hatcher of Thomasville; son-in-law Ricky Aldrich of Thomasville; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hatcher will be available for viewing from 2:00 Pm to 5:00 Pm on Thursday January 21, 2021.
