Services for Denise Annette Tinney of Ochlocknee are at 2:00PM on Friday, December 13, 2002 at Little Ochlocknee Baptist Church where she was a member. Rev. Charles Neely will officiate with interment in Little Ochlocknee Cemetery. Mrs. Tinney died December 11, 2002 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born March 4, 1957 in Albany, Ga., she was the daughter of the late William Howell and Ann Larue Brooks Chastain. On May 26, 1975 in Albany, GA., she married Donald G. Tinney who survives. She was a seamstress at McTavish. Other survivors include a daughter Crystal Ann Tinney of Cordele, GA., son, Keanon Wayne Tinney of Ochlocknee; brother & sister-in-law, Randy & Jeanie Chastain of Albany, sister & brother-in-law, Stacy & Robert Batton of Sale City, GA., stepsister, Clarice Crews of Atlanta, GA; nieces, Tasha Batten, Rebecca Batten of Sale City, Ashley Chastain & Kelly Chastain of Albany.
