Dianne Duren Hughes

A graveside service for Dianne Duren Hughes, 77 will be at 10 am, June 9, 2012 at Big Ochlocknee Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Richard Albritton officiating. Dianne passed away on May 2, 2012 at Flagler Hospital. She had been a resident of St. Augustine since 1964. She retired after 25 years of working at the Ponce De Leon Resort and Country Club. She graduated from Coolidge High School in 1952. She was a loving Mother and Nana to all of her children and also her beloved dog Bridgett. She raised four children on her own. She leaves behind many cherished memories. Born on December 7, 1934 in Thomasville Ga, she was the daughter of the late Clyde E. Duren and the late Vallye Suber Duren. She was preceded in death by her brother Donald K. Duren and half-sister Sharon A. Duren. She is survived by children Tracy Slayman Chuck, Marty Huhges Sr. Tina and Cindy Jeffery John; half-brother Steve Duren; step mother Thelma Graham Duren; Niece Patti Everett; grandchildren Randy, Cathy, Steve, Josh, Angie, Alicia, Marty Jr. and Rachael; great-grandchildren Brandon, Logan, Sarah, Christina, Haylee, Taylor, and Johnathan.
