Donald Robert Jenkins, 89 of Thomasville passed away on June 3, 2024. He was born on February 5, 1935, in Live Oak, FL.
In his earlier years, Donald served in the United States Marine Corps. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, loved all kinds of animals, and enjoyed taking care of them.
He is survived by his daughter Linda Gibson of Thomasville, son Harry Hatcher (Donna) of Atlanta, and son Ben Hatcher of Atlanta; grandchildren Shane (Evelyn) Tole, Machelle Tole, David Gibson, Ashley Rodriguez, Harry Hatcher Jr., Heather Hatcher, Hannah Hatcher, Brea Burget, Leo Burget, and Dillion Tole followed by 11 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife Nellie Jenkins.
A service to celebrate the life of Donald Jenkins will be held Saturday, June 8th at 11 am at the Allen & Allen Celebration of Life Chapel with David Cook officiating.
