Donald Wayne Mcdowell

Donald Wayne McDowell passed away on April 12, 2020, in Thomasville. He was born on December 21, 1948, in Jakin, GA to the late Alford McDowell and to the late Marie McDowell. He was married to Reba McDowell. Donald loved working on cars and drove semi-trucks most of his life. He loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his son, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a member of Kennedy Chapel. Survivors include his wife, Reba McDowell, of Thomasville; children, Dewayne McDowell (Madeline) of Thomasville; grandchildren, Kelly Barclay, Stormy Keen, Justin Rogers, Noah McDowell; great-grandchildren, Clayton Rogers, Conner Rogers; siblings, Bill McDowell, Carlton McDowell (Dollie) of Waycross, Ted McDowell (Brenda) of Lucille, GA, Roger McDowell (Maggie) of Lucille, GA, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandchildren, Michael McDowell, Alex McDowell; siblings, Julian McDowell, Sybil Clark. A video recording of the private service will be posted on www.youtube.com .
