Services for Donna P. Buie of Boston are at 2:00PM on Saturday, July 30, 2005 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. Pastor Henry Gainey will officiate and interment will be in Goodnight Cemetery in West Virginia. Mrs. Buie died July 27 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born February 4, 1930 in Calhoun Co., W.V. she was the daughter of the late John Seldon and Fannie Goodnight Parsons. She was married to William R. Buie who preceded her in death. She worked for Terry?s Drug Store in 1948, and for Southern Bell in Jacksonville, FL for 10 years. She and her husband owned Buie?s Service and Grocery Store in Big Ben, W.V. She was a member of E.U.B. Methodist Church in Big Ben, W.V. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Jo Ann and Dale Davison of Boston, grandchildren, Bradley Hand of Thomasville, Christopher Wolfe of Augusta, GA, Ben and Elisha Richardson of Millport, AL; great grandchildren, Abigail, Mary Esther and Hannah Richardson; brother, Denzil Parsons of Whigham, GA, sister, Bonnie Adams of Alexandria, VA, brother, Lonnie Parsons of Hazelton, Penn., sisters, Maxine Bell of Lake Blackshear, GA and Eva Swisher of Washington, W.V. She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Donald Parsons, Charles Parsons, James W. Parsons, Joan Barwell and Louise Parsons.
