Donny E. Watson, age 58 of Calhoun, passed away on November 1, 2014 at his residence.
Donny was born on July 19, 1956 to the late Cecil and Montine Watson from Ochlocknee, GA. He has lived the last 26 years in Calhoun with his wife of 28 years, Patricia Watson. He was in construction maintenance at Fox and Brindle Construction for 17 years. He was a very hardworking, family oriented man, who was a great husband, father, paw paw, and brother. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Randy Joe Watson and his wife Tami Fain; sister, Rose Warren; granddaughter, Myah Rose Norton; and grandparents, aunts uncles and cousins.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Watson of Calhoun; son, Jody Watson, two daughters and one son-in-law, Jessica Burns, and Donnie and Devin Norton; four grandchildren, Jordan Burns, Orion Stang, Carl Hicks, and Jadah Norton; sister and brother-in-law, Tina and Lonnie Cloer of Jefferson, GA; mother-in-law, Doris Burns; sister-in-law, Sylvia Williams both of Calhoun; brother-in-law, Raymond Warren of Ochlocknee, GA; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 05, 2014 at 5:00PM at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Mack Luke will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 05, 2014 from 4:00PM - 5:00PM before the service. Guests may sign the online register at www.allenfh.com
