Mrs. Helthaler passed away April 4 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born, August 29, 1928, in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late John Arthur and Mary Margaret DiAmatto Noonan. She was married to Fred G. Helthaler, who preceded her in death. Survivors include daughter, Virginia Smith; son, Richard J. Murphy of Staten Island, N.Y.; grandchildren, Lori Smith, Christine Carlberg and Richie Murphy, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Chelsea Smith, Freddie Smith and Ryan Carlberg; brothers, Richard Noonan and John Kenneth Noonan. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Thomasville Thomas County Humane Society, 180 Big Star Drive, Thomasville, GA. 31792.
