Graveside services for Dorothy Dot J. Henderson of Thomasville are at1:00PM on Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at Laurel Hill Cemetery on Maryland Street. The Rev. Johnny Cooper will officiate. Mrs. Henderson died March 1, 2004 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born October 2, 1927 in Asheville, N.C. she was the daughter of the late Emory David and Effie Ward Sorrells. She was married to Lee Alton Henderson who preceded her in death. Mrs. Henderson was a member of Pineland Baptist Church and was a retired Bookkeeper and homemaker. Survivors include son, David Lee Henderson of Atlanta, GA., daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Bob Hutchinson of Thomasville, son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Douglas and Dr. Laura Henderson of Atlanta; grandchildren, Holli and Mike Johnson, Cal Hutchison, Hilliary Lee Hutchinson, Reeves Henderson, Alexandra Ruth Henderson, Abigail Alton Henderson; great grandchildren, Mallorie Johnson, Madison Johnson; sisters, Nancy S. Carter, Asheville, N.C. and Barbara June Cleaton of Pine Cord, N.C. Memorials may be made to the Pineland Baptist Church Van Fund, 2207 E. Clay St., Thomasville, GA 31792.
