Services for Dorothy Register Brogdon, 80, of Quitman are 4 pm, Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home. The Rev. Lee Waller will officiate and interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Brogdon passed away July 18, 2011 at the Presbyterian Home in Quitman. Born March 27, 1931 in Adel, Ga, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie Alvin Register and Myrtle Miranda Brady Register. She was married to Dr. Vernis Dorman Brogdon who preceded her in death. Survivors include Donna Hilsman and husband Thomas of Albany; grandchildren, Anna Hilsman Hendley of Albany, Lucy Brumby Hilsman of Savannah and Ella Hilsman Fleming of Atlanta; great grandchildren Hilsman George Hendley and Rust Thomas Hendley; brother, Donnie R.
