Services for Edna Roehlk of Thomasville will be Tuesday, October 15, 2002 at 11:00AM at Faith Baptist Church where she was a member. Rev. Kevin Odom will officiate. Born December 11, 1911 in Schaller, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late William and Gertrude Reyer Gossilin. She was married to the late Vic Roehlk. Mrs. Roehlk came to Thomasville in 1989 from Los Angeles, CA. to live with her niece and her husband Phyllis & Billy Dees. She was a retired, head nurse at Temple Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. for over 40 years. Survivors include nieces, Phyllis Deese of Thomasville, Linda Wick, Ileen Seymour, nephews, Michael Roehlk, George Roehlk, Kenny Roehlk and Vic Roehlk. She was preceded in death by a sister Elsie Ferry. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southwest Georgia, 818 Gordon Ave., Thomasville, GA 31792 or to Faith Baptist Church.
