Elaine Singletary Riggs

Graveside services for Elaine Singletary Riggs, 64, of Ocala, FL, will be held at 11am, Saturday February 13, 2016, at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Dr. Jimmy Clanton will officiate. Ms. Riggs passed away January 27, 2016 at her residence. Born April 16, 1951 in Thomasville, she was the daughter of the late Robert P. Singletary and Helen Curtis Singletary. She is survived by her sister, Beverly Singletary Harrison of Cairo; brother, Curtis Singletary and Connie of Thomasville; brother-in-law John Carr of Thomasville; nieces and nephews, Deren Harrison Hooks and husband Bill, Jared Singletary, Titus Singletary, and Dylan Singletary; great nieces and nephews, Stone Singletary, Dawson Singletary, Harrison Hooks, Brayton Hooks, and Adeline Hooks. She was preceded in death by her parents. Her sister, Shirley Ann Singletary Carr, passed away on January 28, 2016. Memorials may be made to Hands and Hearts for Horses at 3824 Lower Cairo Rd.
