Services for Elizabeth Jane Ross of Thomasville are at 10:00AM on Monday, September 3, 2007 at St. Augustine Catholic Church where she was a member. Father Jacek Szuster will officiate and interment will be in Sawnee View Gardens in Cumming, GA. Mrs. Ross died Sept. 1 at Golden Living Center. Born August 17, 1926 in Jersey City, NJ she was the daughter of the late John and Ann Ferrick. On April 7, 1956 in New York City, NY she married Hugh Ross who preceded her in death on Jan. 18, 1981. She graduated from St. Elizabeth?s College and worked in advertising at Macy?s Department Store in New York City, NY. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Lisa Ross Hay and Joseph G. Hay of Thomasville, son, Cameron Ross of Hartwell, GA; grandchildren, Joseph G. Hay, Jr., Rebecca Elizabeth Hay and Reginald Matthew Ferrick Ross. A brother, Francis Ferrick, preceded her in death. A rosary service will be at 6:00PM and visitation from 6:30-7:30PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
