Graveside services for Ella Ethelle Taylor, 91, of Thomasville are 11:00 am, Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Laurel Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. Milton C. Gardner will officiate. Mrs. Taylor died November 18, 2010 at Camellia Gardens. Born December 16, 1918 in Jefferson County, Fl she was the daughter of the late John Cory Monroe and Ella Elizabeth Monroe. She was married to Robert Williard Bill Taylor who preceded her in death. She was a member of First Baptist Church for over 60 years. She had a professional working career and was a member of several civic clubs. She is survived by four children, Donald W. Taylor Sunnye of Panama City, Fl, Robert Russell Taylor Caroline of Thomasville, Rosemary Taylor Auld Jim of Bluffton, Sc, Rosalind Elizabeth Moore Gene of Bluffton, Sc; grandchildren, Donna P Marchand Chris of Lynn Haven, Fl, Dora A. Harrison Matthew of Hilton Head Island, Sc, Jay Auld Jennifer of Bluffton Sc, Natalie D. Hill of Ft. Worth, Tx, Cynthia L. Locker of Denton, Tx, Brian W. Taylor Anna of Graceville, Fl, Robert Russell Taylor, Jr. Lisa of Thomasville, Dawn T. Hobson Ashley of Lilburn, Ga, and Melanie T. Polhill Stephen of Roswell, Ga; twenty great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by grandson, Gregory E. Moore. The family wishes to express our warmest thanks to Norma Smith for her devoted unselfish care giving to our mother for the last eight years. Also, the staff at Camellia Gardens for their loving care during the last six years. The family will receive friends 10:30 to 11:00 before the service at Laurel Hill.
