Services for Elouise Collier, 93 of Ochlocknee will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, February 15, 2019 at Little Ochlocknee Baptist Church. Rev. Gene Brock and Rev. Charles Neely will officiate and interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Scott Allen, Brinson Taylor, Lindon Clanton, Virgil Moore, Joe Brice and Shelby Sibley. Honorary pallbearers will be, Cole Moore, Kyle Moore, Layne Allen, Kenny Wayne Sibley, Stephen Garrison, James Law, Charles Law, Julian Law and Ray Collier. Mrs. Collier passed away February 11, 2019 at her residence. Born May 13, 1925 in Athens, she was the daughter of the late J.C. Sangster and Annie Lee Hughes Sangster. She was married to Corrie Chester (C.C.) Collier, Jr, who survives. She graduated from Thomasville High School and was a longtime member of Little Ochlocknee Church where she served in numerous positions. Her family has a firm assurance that she is walking with her Lord and Savior. What a legacy she leaves behind with her daughters, grands and great grands. With 93 extraordinary years she got to enjoy, with almost 75 of those shared in a beautiful marriage. What a wonderful testimony of her life, her love, her faith and her marriage. She is also survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Clanton of Ochlocknee and Linda Allen and husband Lester of Pensacola, Florida; grandchildren, Stacey & Virgil Moore, Brinson Taylor, Stephanie & Joe Brice, Lindon & Sha Clanton, Scott Allen and Angela & Shelby Sibley; 14 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
