Services for Eric Lorenzo Wells, 48, of Boston, Ga. will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 28, 2010 at Allen and Allen Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. Wells died May 23 in Thomasville. Born, September 30, 1961, in Boston, he was the son of the late Nathaniel Wells, Sr. and Louise McCaskill Wells of Thomasville, who survives. Eric was a 1979 graduate of Central High School and was employed at Archbold Memorial Hospital and First Baptist Church of Thomasville. Other survivors include siblings, Shirley Wells Alexander John, Nathaniel Wells, Jr., Lenoris James Wells Diana, Debra C. Wells Grigsby Kenny, Allen Roscoe Wells Debbie, Charlene Denise Wells and Belinda Wells Frazier Gene; a host of aunts, uncles and other relatives; and other extended family and friends in Thomas County. The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Eric L. Wells Memorial Athletic Scholarship Fund C/O Suntrust Bank.
