Services for Eula Evelyn Davis, 88, are at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, December 13, 2014, at Salem Baptist Church, 10307 Salem Rd., Pavo. Pastor Wayne Goff will officiate. Burial will be at Westview Cemetery in Moultrie. Mrs. Davis passed away Sunday, December 7th, in her sleep.
Mrs. Davis was the wife of the late Robert Davis from Moultrie and sister to the late Gussie Givens and Louise Vick. She was also married to Isaac Wilson of Thomasville who was killed during World War II. Mrs. Davis is survived by her children Ann (Wilson) Zick and husband Vernon, Jeannine Davis and husband Robb Margrave (stepgrandson Michael), Nathan Davis (grandchildren Ashleigh and Alex) and companion Tracey Sharkey, and brother Frank Wiley. Other survivors include numerous nieces and nephews: Cornelia Daniels (Kenny), Rosemary Thompson, Dale Morrow (D.R.), Randy Vick (Tonda), Hank Wiley, Beverly Allen (Bill), Annette James (Scott), and their children and grandchildren. Mrs. Davis has long-time friends the family also wishes to recognize: Ruth Anne and Wayne Hess, Alice Leininger, Simone Miller, Ray Glemser, and Bill and Kitty Miller.
The family would especially like to thank Dr. William Cooper for his care of their mother over the years, as well as those who provided in-home care during the last two years.
There will be a viewing Friday, December 12th, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
