Graveside services for Eva Sellers Turner, 72, of Coolidge are 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 17, 2009 at Greenwood Cemetery in Cairo. Bishop Tony Clay will officiate. Mrs. Turner died April 14, 2009. Born August 19, 1936 in Cairo, she was the daughter of the late George I. Sellers and Sarah Phillips Sellers. In December of 1959 in Miami, she married Lewis Turner who preceded her in death. Survivors include children, Ronnie & Gina Hamilton of Coolidge, Lewis & Debbie Turner of Cummings, Joseph K. Scheafer of South Carolina, grandchildren, Lynwood & Sherri Hamilton of Coolidge, Jimmy & Georgina Rutherford of Coolidge, Reesie Hamilton of Thomasville, Samantha Rutherford of Thomasville, Cody Hamilton of Thomasville, great-grandchildren, Kaila Hamilton, J.J. Rutherford, Jaimie Stewart, Dylan Hamilton, Damion Hamilton, Austin Johnson, Johnny Joseph Hester, Colby Rutherford Parsons, brother, Roger Phillips of Panama City, Fl, aunt, Virginia Dunlap of Tennessee and Jessie Strickland of Jacksonville, Fl. She was preceded in death by son, James A. Rutherford, sister, Hazel U. Johnson, grandchildren, Chrissy Rutherford, Breckney Hamilton and Kimberly Hamilton.
