Fannie Louise Pollock Brinson

Services for Fannie Louise Pollock Brinson, 88, of Thomasville will be at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Gary Brady will officiate and interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Pollock died on November 8, 2010. Born December 31, 1921 in Mitchell Co., GA, she was the daughter of the late Harmon and Bertha Meloy Pollock. She was married to the late Armon Brinson, Sr. Mrs. Brinson was a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter LaVerne Godwin Halstead of Thomasville; son and daughter in law Armon and Phyllis Brinson, Jr. of Griffin, GA; and a daughter in law Danice Brinson of Thomasville. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, Karly Halstead Lauder, Cheryl Halstead Hay, Denise Halstead French, Jonathan Ashley Brinson, Charmon Brinson Hale, Evie Brinson Glausier, Bruce Vann Brinson, Scott Brinson, 15 great grandchildren, and a sister Alice Pollock Brady of Thomasville. Mrs. Brinson was preceded in death by a son, Bill R. Brinson, son in law Mack Halstead, and a special friend, Hansell Sellars.
