Floyd Howard Willis

Services for Floyd Howard Willis of Thomasville, will be Saturday June 21 at 1:00 PM at East Side Baptist Church, where he was a member. The Rev. Tim Robson, Rev. Joe Bryant and Rev. Cham McMillen will officiate with burial in Salem Cemetery in Tift Co. Pallbearers will be Ken Willis, David Willis, Danny Willis, Steve Willis, Stan Willis and Deryl Willis. Mr. Willis died at his residence on June 18. The son of Dow and Minnie Lee Roberds Willis , he was born on October 16,1921 in Tift Co. Ga. He was married for 57 years to Vivian Farlow Willis, who survives. Other survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Kenny and Lil Willis of Tallahassee, Danny and Carol Willis and Stephen D. and Peggy Willis, both of Thomasville; a sons David B. Willis and Stanley D. Willis both of Thomasville; and a daughter Beth W. Burke of Thomasville. Also surviving are a brother, R. G. Willis of Barwick and 2 sisters Bunny Greene and Grace Green, both of Pinehurst, NC; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Help Ministries, 1118 N.
