Frank C. Burgess, born on January 16, 1943, in Pavo, GA to John Albert and Mary Lois Burgess, and raised by Leone and John M.(Jack) Suber. Frank passed away peacefully on December 30, 2024, at the age of 81. Frank lived a long and fulfilling life, he was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
Frank's life was a testament to hard work and kindness. Born and raised with values that reflected his raising. Whether it was as a devoted son and a steadfast friend, Frank's loyalty and warmth were felt by everyone who knew him.
Throughout his life, Frank pursued his passions with determination and generosity. His presence was a source of comfort and joy, and his resilience inspired all who crossed his path.
Frank is survived by his cousin Patricia Johnson and her family. Loving friends, Janice and James Hart and the Hart family, and L.M. and Winona Taylor. He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Mary Lois Burgess, and Leone and Jack Suber. Though his absence will be deeply felt, the memories he leaves behind will continue to enrich the lives of those who loved him.
A celebration of Frank's life will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 11 am at Lebanon Cemetery in Pavo, where family and friends are invited to honor his legacy.
Frank C. Burgess will be remembered as a man of quiet strength, boundless love, and unshakable faith. His impact on those who knew him will be cherished forever. Rest in peace, Frank.
