Frank Fulton of Quitman passed away on May 27, 2017 at his residence. Born on June 30, 1933 in Rogersville, Mo, he was the son of the late Lloyd Fulton and Emma Braun Fulton. He served in the United States Coast Guard and was a retired Civil Engineer with Hough International. Survivors include his wife Jeanne Austin Fulton of Quitman; daughter Desiree Taylor; sons Frank W. Fulton Jr., Victor Fulton, Darcy Fulton; granddaughter Isabella Taylor. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Fiamma Taylor.
Services will be held in his hometown of Rogersville, Mo. at a later date.
