Frederick Lee Lewis

Services for Frederick L. Lewis of Thomasville are at 1:30PM on Sunday, January 15, 2006 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. Dr. Bud Edwards will officiate. Mr. Lewis died December 27, 2005 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born February 7, 1939 in New Rochelle, NY he was the son of the late Bertram and Linda Lewis Clark. Mr. Lewis received an Engineering degree from University of Vermont. He was retired from T.E.C.T. as a human relations Manager. He was also a bagger at Publix. Survivors include a daughters, Pam Stults of Muncie, Indiana, Cathy Toth of Medina, Ohio, son, Todd Lewis of Greensboro, N. C., sister and brother-in-law, Suzanne and Bud Edwards of Fayetteville, Ark., special friends, Pat Tracy, Jim and Fran Plott, Patti Gilmore and Jeff Lemon.
