A memorial service will be held at University Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Fl. at 11:00AM on November 3 with Dr. Roy A. Forrest officiating. Mr. Fort passed away on Tuesday, October 28, at Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville, Fl., after battling cancer for 3 months. Born April 6, 1950 in Little Rock, AK to Lois C. and L. Ralph Fort. Mr. Fort was V.P. of Information Systems at Vystar C. U. in Jacksonville, Fl. He is survived by his wife Nancy and their son Kyle of Jacksonville, Fl., son; Christopher of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Elizabeth C. Fort of Savannah, GA., father; L. Ralph Fort and his wife Marjorie of Thomasville, GA; sister, Bonnie Charles Spann of Thomasville, GA., sister-in-law?s, De Lanie C. Edward Goodwin, Patsy Robert Hudson all of Santa Rosa Bch, Fl.
