Services for Geneva Jordan Bishop of Thomasville are at 11:00AM on Thursday, November 10, 2005 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Dr. Don Prevatt will officiate and interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jamie Thompson, Scottie Thompson, Tony Thompson and Guy Jordan. Mrs. Bishop died Nov. 7 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born August 20, 1937 in Thomaston, GA she was the daughter of the late George Dewey and Nellie Smith Stillwell. She was married to Henry E. Bishop who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include a daughter, Tracy Jordan Smith of Thomasville, sons, Michael Jordan of Thomasville, Robby Jordan of Nashville, TN; sisters, Ruby Jordan, Seritha Thompson, both of Thomasville, half brothers, J. P. Stillwell of Kenner, LA, Earl Stillwell of Marietta, GA; grandchildren, Leanna Jordan, Michael Jordan, Jr, Jordan Deese, Courtney Smith, Kyle Gordan and Duke Gordan. A brother, James Stillwell, preceded her in death. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00PM to 9:00PM on Wednesday.
