George Richard Passmore, Jr.

George Richard Passmore Jr. departed this life on August 12, 2025, at the age of 71. Born on September 1, 1953, in Camp Lejeune, NC, George proudly served in the U.S. Air Force as a mechanic, dedicating his life to his country and community.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 2 PM at First Newark Baptist Church with visitation one hour before the service in the church sanctuary. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Loved ones are invited to join in honoring George's legacy and celebrating his life.
