Gloria Jean Harvell

Services for Gloria Jean Harvell, 72, of Thomasville, Georgia will be Sunday, October 14, 2012 at 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church of Thomasville. Rev. Ronnie Wills, Rev. Bob Dixon, and Rev. Burns Willis will officiate and interment will be at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Harvell passed away on Tuesday, October 9th, 2012 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. The daughter of the late Jesse Leo Ireland and late Minnie Ruth Nipper Ireland she was born on February 25, 1940 in Hosford, Fl. On December 13, 1959 in Thomasville, she was married to Hershel Homer Harvell who survives. She was employed with Flower Industries. Other survivors include, daughter and son in law, Ruth Victoria Harvell Klepacki and Mark Klepacki of Shawnee, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Shane Justin Klepacki and wife Lisa; sister, Nadine Bass of Tallahassee, Florida, sister and brother in law Mary Emma and Bob Bird of Tifton, Georgia, and sister Helen Guttinger of St. Augustine, Florida, sister-in-law, Pat Gainey of Thomasville, Georgia and mother-in-law, Hazel Willis and Ralph Taylor of Thomasville, Georgia. Mrs. Harvell is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Allen and Allen Funeral Home chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to First United Methodist Church, 425 N. Broad Street, Thomasville, Georgia 31792.
