Gussie Mae Ponder

Services for Gussie Mae Ponder of Thomasville are Friday, March 11, 2005 at2:00PM at Dawson Street United Methodist Church where she was a member. The Rev. Ramon Hernadez will officiate and interment is in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Ponder died March 9, 2005 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born February 25, 1918 in Grady Co., GA she was the daughter of the late Ira and Mollie Trulock Autrey. She was married to Quinton Ponder who preceded her in death. Mrs. Ponder was a homemaker. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and David Rogers, daughter, Jean Carithers, daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Jimmy Clements all of Thomasville, grandchildren, Lee and Amanda Rogers, Donna Brown, great granddaughter, Whitney Brown. A brother E. J. Autrey preceded her in death. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7PM to 9PM on Thursday. Visitors may sign the online guest register at www.allenfh.com .
