Funeral services for Gwendolyne Louise Wood Bufford will be at 11:00 AM Monday July 15, 2002 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Odum officiating. Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Bufford died Friday, July 12, 2002 at her residence. She was born in Cairo, Ga. on June 20, 1942 to the late James Roy Wood and Rosa Dean Mulford Wood. She worked at Warners of Thomasville as a Lead Person and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Survivors include her son Danny Roy Bufford of Pavo, son & daughter-in-law Benny J. & Sherry Bufford of Pavo, son & daughter-in-law Michael Edward & Stephanie Bufford of Coolidge, daughter & son-in-law Linda Gail & Terry Gaskin of Coolidge, son & daughter-in-law Bobby Lee & Lisa Bufford of Coolidge, sister & brother-in-law Edna W. & Bill Treadaway of Tallahasse, sister Frances W. Wood of Ochlocknee, 7 Grandchildren and 7 step-grandchildren, 1 great grandchild. The family will recieve friends on Sunday from 3:00 - 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
