Graveside services for Harold Emory Hagan of Thomasville are at 11:00AM on Saturday, October 11, 2003 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Garland Basford will officiate. Mr. Hagan died October 9, 2003 at his residence. Born October 21, 1934 in Thomasville he was the son of the late James Leslie and Luna Viola Shephard Hagan. On October 2, 1954 in Thomasville he married Glenda Rosalyn Sanders who survives. He was a member of Thomasville Church of Christ and the Lions Club. He was a retired 1st Sgt. in the United States Army and was an Atomic Veteran. He was also retired from Southwest Georgia Technical College. Other survivors include sons, Thomas E. Hagan of Live Oak, Fl., son and daughter-in-law, Gerald F. and Len H. Hagan of Camilla, GA., daughter and son-in-law, Sandra H. and Jeff L. Vernon of Tallahassee, Fl; grandchildren, Amy L. Hagan, Cindy M. Hagan, Jared A. Vernon, Timmy R. Vernon and Kristy M. Vernon and sister, Louise Grice of Valdosta, GA. Memorial may be made to Thomasville Church of Christ.
