Harold P. Hansen

Harold P. Hansen, 81, of Monticello, FL died September 7, 2008 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA. Born August 11, 1927 in New Haven, CT, he was the son of the late Harry J. Hansen and Theara Westerholm Hansen. He was married to Marie "Tina" L. Hansen, who survives. He was a Korean War Veteran, a retired carrier with the Clearwater Postal Service, a volunteer at Bay Pines Veterans Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans DAV, Veterans of Foreign Wars VFW, and the American Legion. Survivors include daughter: Mary Lou Fisher of San Diego, CA. Daughter & son-in-law: Nancy T. & Donald L. Emanuel of Iron City, GA. Sons & daughters-in-law: Harold F. & Tuyet Hansen of Bethel Island, CA, Jeffery M. & Kim Hansen of Monticello, FL. Brother: Walter Hansen, nephew, Harry Skip Hansen. 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren including many loved nieces and nephews.
