Services for Harold D. Wright, 78, of Thomasville will be at 3:00PM, Monday, September 15, 2014 at First Baptist Church Chapel, 210 N Broad Street, Thomasville, GA. Rev. Marty Carnes will officiate. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mr. Wright died September 13, 2014. He was born January 30, 1936 in Mobile, AL. He was the son of the late William W. Wright and the late Mayme W. Barker. He was retired from Sing Oil Company where he was the Data Processing Manager. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Jeannine Wright of Thomasville; son, Dean Wright (Melissa) of Evans, GA; daughter, Carol W. Hopper (Buddy) of Thomasville, GA; seven grandchildren, Fisher Wright, Trevor Wright, Heather Wright all of Evans, GA, Cindy Hopper, Laura Hopper, Ethan Hopper and Brandon Hopper all of Thomasville, GA; brothers, Billy G. Wright (Barbara) of Huntsville, AL; Mike Wright (Kristi) of Mobile, AL. He was preceded in death by daughter, Cynthia Lynn Wright; brother, Fred D. Wright; and sister, Deborah W. Groom. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 14, 2014 from 6PM until 8PM at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel.
