Harry E. Kelso passed away on November 24, 2017 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Mr. Kelso was born June 30, 1922 in Des Moines, Iowa. He was married to Virginia Kelso, who preceded him in death. Survivor includes his daughter, Carol Kelso.
