Hattie Christine Graham

Services for Hattie Christine Walker Graham, 83 of Thomasville will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, December 7, 2014 at Morningside United Methodist Church, where she was a member. Rev. Allen Hartsfield will officiate and interment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Graham passed away December 4, 2014 at Archbold Hospital. Born May 31, 1931 in Thomasville, she was the daughter of the late Henry Thomas Walker and Gladys Bryant Walker. She was married to Lawrence O. Graham who preceded her in death. Mrs. Graham worked for Joan Art Mills and Thomasville City Schools, where she retired. She is survived by her sons, Thomas Graham and wife Marsha and Randall Graham all of Thomasville; grandchildren, Ryan Graham and Drew Graham; sisters, Tillie Tapley, Ethel Thompson and husband Lamar all of Thomasville and Ruth Vinson of Jefferson and several nieces and nephews; brother-in-law Ellis Graham; sisters-in-law Hester Quick and Anna Knight; special friends Pat Strickland, Judy Strickland Howell, Belle McGalliard, Sondra McGalliard, Frances Golden, and Margaret Register. She was preceded in death by brother, Ottis Walker. Donations may be made to Morningside United Methodist Church, 2007 Smith Ave, Thomasville, Ga 31792. The family will welcome friends 6-8 pm, Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the funeral home.
