Born October 11, 1921 in Thomas County, she was the daughter of the late Admiral Dewey G. Weeks and Odie Edwina Alligood Weeks. She was first married to Jack Austin Reagan, who died at the age of 31 in a house fire. She worked at Sunnyland Packing until finding love again and marrying Bobby Laverne Mills. Together they built and operated Mills Gulf Center in Ochlocknee, where she ran the restaurant. They loved to Travel and fish. After Bobby’s death in 1984, she and her daughter bought the old depot and turned it into a successful restaurant for 14 years until her retirement but continued to nurture her flowers and cutting her lawn. She was the anchor of our family; her home was the gathering place for family and friends. Everyone was welcome anytime. Up until 89 she was very active in cooking and gardening. If love is the pattern for life, Toog has known us the way.
