Helen Marie Thomas Parker

Funeral services for Helen Marie Thomas Parker, 68, of Thomasville will be Tuesday at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Thomasville. Rev. Marty Carnes and Rev. Don McMillan will officiate and internment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Born October 13, 1945 in Colquitt Co., GA, she was the daughter of the late A L (Dock) and Littie Mae Carter Thomas. She was married to Kenneth W. Parker who preceded her in death. Mrs. Parker was a retired florist and a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Regina Parker Gunter and her husband, Jerry of Thomasville and a granddaughter, Bailey Ann Gunter of Thomasville. Also surviving are sisters, Juanita Palmer of Thomasville, Evelyn Mills of Colorado Springs, CO, Joyce Causey of Tuscaloosa, AL, Hazel Fielding of Thomasville and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Eunice Adams. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 on Monday at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
