Services for Herbert C. Rayburn of Thomasville are at 2:00PM on Wednesday, August 13, 2003 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Gerald Horne will officiate and interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mr. Rayburn died August 11, 2003 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born April 10, 1962 in Thomasville he was the son of Kenneth and Lois Whiddon Dunnam who survive. On August 5, 1994 in Thomasville he married Glenda Chastain Rayburn who survives. Mr. Rayburn was a member of Rose City Church of God and a dry wall hanger and finisher. Other survivors include sons & daughters-in-law, Jeremy & Tina Gibson of Tifton, GA., Toby & Erica Gibson of Thomasville, daughter & son-in-law, Betty & Michael Huffman of Thomasville; grandchildren, Dontay Everett, Chian Huffman, Bradley Huffman, Michael Huffman and Hannah Gibson; brother & sister-in-law, Glenn & Linda Rayburn and sister, Patricia Rayburn all of Thomasville. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret Harrell. Memorials may be made to Herbert C. Rayburn Foundation at Commerical Bank.
