Herbert Wesley Carter

Funeral services for Herbert Wesley Carter, 61, of Coolidge will be 2pm Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Roger Mays will officiate and interment will follow in Whipowill Cemetery. Mr. Carter died on January 1, 2012 in Moultrie. Born March 26, 1950 in Thomasville, he was the son of the late James Martin and Annie Lucille Chastain Carter. Survivors include his sisters and brothers in law, Debra C. Bentley Albert Jerome of Coolidge and Pauline C. Dowdy Robert of Seguin, TX. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Mr. Carter was preceded in death by brothers, John Carter, Gene Carter, Charles Carter, Willie Carter, Raney Carter and a sister, Shirley Carter.
