Howard David Smith

Howard David Smith, 73 of Thomasville passed away April 11, 2022, surrounded by his wife Norma Jeane, and children Traci, Todd, Tim, and Thomas. Howard was born September 26, 1947, to Howard and Edith Smith in Thomasville. Howard loved his wife, country, and his family as evidence by his 51 years of marriage, service in the U.S. Army, and the love for his grandchildren Ronnie, Alex, Cassandra, Chloe, Todd Smith II, Mathew, Phin, Andrew, Maddie and Timmy II; great-grandchildren Kenzleigh, Sage, Kyler, and Silas; brother Jim, sister-in-law Billy; sister Nancy and brother-in-law John Daly; and nieces and nephews Kenneth, David, Scott, Kim and Jamie; and his dog Tilly. Howard also loved racing and fast cars, war history, photography, the New York Yankees, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, computers, and sharing his skills, interest and talents to help friends and strangers alike. We're thankful and love Grandpa. There are no services at this time.
