Services for Hubert William Billy Newsome are Monday, February 21, 2005 at 2:00PM at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. Rev. Jessie Corbitt will officiate and interment will be in Enon Cemetery.Pallbearers are Hulan NeSmith, Chris Barrows, David Barrows, Kevin Newsome, Chris Abrahms and Tom Hyslop. Mr. Newsome died Friday, February 18, 2005 at his residence. Born November 4, 1938 in Thomas Co. He was the son of the late J.B and Lilly Clark Newsome. In 1960 he married Mary Louise Carter Newsome who precedes him in death. He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie NeSmith & Ray Brumbley of Thomasville, Gina & Matthew Hudson of Panacea, Fl., and Tammy & Tony Hiers of Thomasville, son and daughter-in-law Randall & Tina Newsome of Thomasville, Grandchildren, Casey NeSmith, Timothy Adams, Ashley Barber, Brandy NeSmith, Jamie McMullen, Brandon Newsome, Kala Hiers, Trent Hiers, Seth Hiers, Will Newsome, Maranda Newsome, and Daisy Mae Newsome and Great grandchildren, Desja' Wilson, Shatorrie Newkirk, Alexis Barber, and Demya Robinson. A daughter, Kathy Louise Newsome, preceded him in death. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 20, 2005 from 2PM to 4PM at the funeral Home.
