It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hurley C Enfinger Jr., 60, of Thomasville, GA. He was born on March 22, 1964, to the late Hurley C and Alma Callahan Enfinger in his hometown of Thomasville. Hurley peacefully departed from this world on April 28, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and memories.
Hurley had an interest in woodworking and carpentry. He attended Central High School and was in the class of 1982. He had a love for craftsmanship that he carried throughout his life. Hurley worked in the construction industry, where his dedication and expertise were greatly valued.
Hurley is survived by his beloved wife, Melba Bailey Enfinger, who was a source of strength and love. He leaves behind his son, Hurley "Charlie" Charles Enfinger, as well as stepchildren Nicholas Eaton, Brittany Eaton, and Heather Meaker. His memory will be cherished by his eight grandchildren and siblings Lynn Culver, Sharon Enfinger, and James "Jimmy" Enfinger. Hurley was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Becky Brindle.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date in honor of his memory.
