Inez Holland Boockholdt

Margaret Inez (Holland) Boockholdt went to be with her Lord and Saviour after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease in the afternoon of February 18, 2015 at the age of 85. She was born in the town of Hinsington, Mitchell County, GA to the late Harrison Edgar Holland and the late Ollie Florene (Corbin) Holland on August 16, 1929. She was also preceded in death by sisters Minnie Lee Cone, Pauline Holland, Nadine Stewart, Reba Fawn, and E. W. Holland. She is survived by her sister Autrey Rennard of Thomasville, son Keith Boockholdt (Barbara) of Springfield, Virginia, Daughter Eva Bailey (Randy) of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and son Jack Boockholdt (Faye) of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Grandchildren, Jennifer Bradley (Patrick) of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Steven Boockholdt (Tara) of John’s Creek, Georgia and Tracy Boockholdt of Springfield, Virginia, great- granddaughters Kailey, Clara, Mattie, Emma.
Inez loved the Lord, her family, baking, and reading. She had a compassionate heart and loved to help those who were hurting.
Visitation will be held at Allen & Allen Funeral Home, Thomasville, Georgia on February 21, 2015 from 10:00—11:00 am with the funeral service immediately following with Reverend Gary Holland officiating. Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
