Services for Iva Lou Rogers,74, of Thomasville will be at 11:00AM on Thursday, May 23, 2002 at First United Methodist Church Chapel where she was a member. Rev. Leigh Ann Raynor and Rev. Bob Dixon will officiate with interment at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Rogers died May 18, 2002 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born August 24, 1927 in Ullin, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Carl & Maude Williams Sichling. On July 21, 1946 she married Robert J. Rogers who preceded her in death. They were the owers of the Plum Tree Gift Shop & Almar Books in the Tallahassee Mall. Mrs Rogers served as a board member & financial secretary for the Thomas County Historical Society. She was also a member of the Garden Club. Survivors include daughters & sons-in-law, Dana & Robert Boyd of Rogersville, TN., Debra & David Livingston of Alexandria, VA., son & daughter-in-law, Dennis Rogers & Patti Berry of Havanna, FL., grandchildren, Michelle Boyd and Ellen Livingston and great grandchild, Justin Boyd.
