Graveside services for Jack Grayson Saunders of Thomasville are at 10:00AM on Thursday, November 13, 2003 at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Pastor Caryl Martinez and Charles King, Sr. will officiate. Mr. Saunders died November 9, 2003 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born December 11, 1927 in Ashboro, N.C. he was the son of the late Fuller Filmore and Myrtle Poole Saunders. He was married to Maxine McCoy Saunders who survives. Mr. Saunders was a retired teacher at Bainbridge College. Other survivors include a daughter, Jackie Sheffield, son Shane Saunders both of Donalsonville, GA., sons, Kenneth Rish of Thomasville and Claude Rish of Panama City, Fl.; grandchildren, Nicole Sheffield, Hollie Rish, April Rish and Tyler Rish.
