Memorial services for Jackie Leroy Willis of Pavo are at 2:00PM on Sunday, August 14, 2005 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. The Rev. Curtis Eason will officiate. Mr. Willis died August 10, 2005 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born October 17, 1946 in Tifton, GA, he was the son of Lester Gordon Willis who survives and the late Maggie L. Weeks Willis. In April 1974 he married Catherine Louise Dillow who preceded him in death. Mr. Willis was a Farmer and of the Baptist faith. Other survivors include daughters, Jacqueline S. Willis of Loganville, GA, Maggie Willis Plymale and son, Leroy G. Willis both of Boston, GA; grandchildren, Aubree Nicole Plymale and Parker David Plymale; brother, James G. Willis of Palmetto, GA, sister, Estelle Willis Peek of Pavo, GA, brothers, Johnny C. Willis of Middleburg, FL, Edward E. Willis of Tifton, GA, Tommy L. Willis of Lynchberg, GA, sisters, Kaye Willis Dortch of Thomasville and Faye Willis Dortch of Moultrie, GA. Brothers, Jimmy G. Willis and Joe R. Willis, preceded him in death.
