Jacqueline Brown Lowery

Services for Jacqueline B. Lowery of Thomasville are at 11 a.m. Monday December 22, 2003 at the Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Dr. Milton C. Gardner will officiate and interment will be at Laurel Hill Cemetery on Texas Street. Mrs. Lowery died on December 20, 2003 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born March 4, 1926 in Alamo, GA she was the daughter of the late Walter C. Brown and Lucille Williams Brown. On June 22, 1947 she married the late John P. Lowery. Mrs. Lowery was a graduate of Valdosta State University and was a retired teacher from the Thomas County School System. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Thomasville and the Young at Heart. Survivors include son Kenneth P. Lowery and wife Margaret of Thomasville, daughter Patricia L. Williamson and husband Craig of Tallahassee, FL, sister Jewel B. Parker of Statesboro, GA, and grandson Parker Lowery. She was preceded in death by her son John Thomas Tommy Lowery.
