Jacquelyn Wirick Lamb

Funeral services for Jacquelyn Wirick Lamb, 84, of Thomasville, will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, August 1, 2016 at The Connection Church. Rev. Bernard Browne will officiate and interment will be at Spring Field Cemetery in Lloyd, Florida. Mrs. Lamb passed away on July 26, 2016 in Quitman, GA. Born February 18, 1932, she was the daughter of the late J.M. Wirick and Marietta Whitfield Wirick. Mrs. Lamb was a member of The Connection. She was married to Bonnie Lewis Lamb, who preceded her in death. Survivors include children Connie McElvey (Robert) of Lake Park, Georgia and Randy Howell (Carol) of Thomasville; grandchildren Derrick Howell (Christina), Deidre Powell (Justin), Brandon Dampier (Maryellen) and Brent Dampier and six great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by sisters, Wilma Thompson and Mildred Boykin. The family will receive friends on Monday, 1 hour before service. Guests may sign the online register at www.allenfh.com .
