Jacquelyn C Pemble

Jacquelyn Chilton Pemble (Jackie), age 94, passed away on June 25th in Thomasville, GA. She was the only child of Morris and Lucille Chilton. Jackie was born in Birmingham, AL on September 23, 1925. She married Charles W. Pemble Jr. on February 16, 1943, in Miami, Florida where she and Charles spent most of their married life.
Jackie was preceded in death by her husband Charles and her son Charles W. Pemble III (Emily). She is survived by her daughter, Caroll Sankey (Roger) of Tallahassee, FL; grandchildren, Jeannie Malinsky (Jeff) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; great-grandchild, Jillian Malinsky, grandson Rick Sankey (Yvonne) of Tallahassee, FL; great-grandchildren, Lauren and Trey Sankey, her daughter-in-law Emily Pemble of Raleigh, NC; great-grandchildren, Caiden and Berkley Pemble, son, Morris Pemble of Madison, FL; grandson, William Pemble; great-grandchild, Waylon Pemble, son, Tom Pemble (Kathy) of Milton, GA.
Jackie loved knitting and was active in a charity knitting group in Gainesville, FL. She also enjoyed reading, cooking, and most of all time spent with her family.
